buffet breakfast large array professional staff disappointing bar unobservant barman long wait
The buffet breakfast was really yummy. It included a large array of dishes on offer. The staff were very professional and friendly, i must say. The room was serviced daily and spotlessly clean.
The bar experience was a bit disappointing. The barman seemed not very observant. When I asked him to clear the table, he seemed bewildered. After a long wait, I decided to go elsewhere.

i stayed in a beautiful king city view room for 3 nights it was spacious. the bathroom had a separate shower and tub i liked that. the coffee machine in the room was a nice touch it made mornings easier.
it was relocated to the ballroom the organization was poor. the staff seemed unsure the food quality suffered during this time.

the room decoration looks elegant. the room features a king bed. two separate sinks are very convenient. staff quickly addressed my requests.
i noticed slight wear on the carpets, but it did not affect my overall stay at all.

friendly staff large room private bathroom
everything was great. the staff were friendly and helpful! the room was large. it had plenty of light. the bathroom was spacious and private. it was really useful.
i found the breakfast food choice was limited. i think it should have a wider range of options. that would be better.

the location was convenient. it was a few minutes walk to public transport and the cbd. the breakfast buffet offered many options. the pool was a great amenity.
the second wash basin was clogged and didn't drain properly, i noticed. it was a minor inconvenience, however.
